Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Easy Reels (the "Service"), operated by Easy Reels ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Easy Reels is a tool for creating short-form vertical videos, carousels, and image posts from media you provide, and — where you choose to connect a social account — publishing that content to platforms such as Instagram and Facebook on your behalf.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@easyreels.io if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, trials & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period except where required by law. Prices may change with notice.

4. Foundation (one-time purchase)

Foundation is a single payment of $279 that grants the entitlements of the Ultra plan for as long as we operate the Service. It does not renew, is not a subscription, and will not be re-priced. It is limited to 500 purchases in total; once those are sold the offer closes permanently.

Payment timing. Unlike the subscription plans above, Foundation is charged at the moment of purchase rather than at the end of a trial period.

14-day refund. You may request a full refund of the $279 within 14 days of purchase, from your account settings, for any reason and without contacting us. The refund is issued in full to the original payment method; your Foundation access ends immediately and the seat is returned to the pool. After 14 days the purchase is final except where required by law.

“For as long as Easy Reels exists” means for the operational life of the Service. It grants no ownership, equity, or claim on Easy Reels, and confers no right to compensation if the Service is discontinued. If you hold a Foundation licence and also have an active subscription, that subscription is set to stop renewing at the end of the period you have already paid for; it is not cut short and it is not refunded.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the footage, audio, images, and text you upload or generate ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service for you — for example, to render videos and, at your request, publish posts to your connected accounts. You are responsible for having the rights to all content you upload, including any music.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or that violates the rules of any platform you publish to (including Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Third-party platforms

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account, your use of those integrations is also subject to Meta's terms and policies. We access and use Meta platform data only as described in our Privacy Policy and only to provide features you request. You may disconnect a connected account at any time.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Easy Reels and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or to the underlying software beyond using the Service as intended.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that published posts will always succeed, as third-party platforms may change or restrict access at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Reels will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to comply with the law. On termination, the rights granted to you end and we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date; continued use after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law rules. [Add your governing-law and dispute-resolution clause here.]
