This Privacy Policy explains what information Easy Reels ("we", "us", "our") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Easy Reels website and application.

1. Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address, and authentication details when you sign up.
Content you provide: the video, audio, image, and text files you upload or generate, and the projects you create.
Connected social accounts: when you link a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, we receive and store the page/account identifiers, names, and access tokens needed to publish on your behalf.
Billing information: processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
Usage & device data: basic logs, IP address, and analytics needed to run and secure the Service.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service: to create and render your content, to publish posts to the accounts you connect, to process payments, to provide support, and to keep the Service secure. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Meta platform data (Facebook & Instagram)

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account, we access data through Meta's Graph API strictly to deliver features you request — for example, listing the Pages you manage and publishing reels, images, or carousels you approve. We store the access tokens required for these actions and use them only for that purpose. We do not use Meta platform data for advertising or share it with unrelated third parties. You can revoke our access at any time from your Facebook/Instagram settings or by disconnecting the account in Easy Reels.

5. Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers to operate the Service, including cloud hosting and storage, our payment processor (Stripe), the Meta Graph API for publishing, and content-generation providers used to process media. These providers process data only as needed to perform their services.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete content at any time, and you can request full deletion of your data as described below. We may retain limited records where required by law (for example, for tax or accounting).

7. Deleting your data

You control your data and can request its deletion at any time. See our User Data Deletion page for step-by-step instructions. Disconnecting a social account immediately removes the stored access tokens for it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@easyreels.io.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to promptly address any issues.

10. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to run the Service, and limited analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
