User Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your Easy Reels account and associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens when you do.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — In the app: disconnect any connected Facebook/Instagram accounts from your Easy Reels settings (this removes the stored access tokens), then delete your account from account settings.
Option 2 — By email: send a message to support@easyreels.io from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We will verify the request and process it.
Option 3 — From Facebook: if you connected via Facebook, you can remove Easy Reels from your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites). We will then delete the data associated with that connection.

What we delete

We delete your account, the content you uploaded or generated, your projects, and the access tokens and identifiers for any connected social accounts. Backups are purged on our regular rotation.

Timeframe

We complete deletion requests within 30 days. We may retain limited records where the law requires it (for example, billing records for tax purposes).
