The reason most people stop posting is not that they run out of ideas. It is that each video costs an hour, and an hour a day is a second job.
The shape of a batch workflow
- Shoot wide, once. A single session that yields 40 clips is worth more than four sessions of ten, because variety within a batch is what stops the outputs looking identical.
- Sort into folders by subject, not by shoot date. The folder is what a template draws from, so

- Write the copy pool — ten hooks, ten captions. Each generation takes one.
- Generate the batch. Ten videos, different clips, same look.
- Review and discard. Expect to bin two or three. That is the system working, not failing.
Why the outputs differ
A template is not a copy machine. Each run draws its own clips from the folders, its own slices from those clips, and its own line from the copy pool. Two videos from one template share a *look* and share nothing else.

The ratio matters more than the total: roughly four clips per video keeps repeats invisible. Below two, the batch starts to look like one video re-cut.
The anti-repeat problem
Left alone, random selection repeats. It will happily use the same opening shot three videos running, because random does not mean evenly spread. A pool worth using remembers what it drew recently and avoids it — for clips, and for the copy.
